Monthly Spotlight
This iconic Fernwood residence was built between 1888-96 by the original owner who was a cabinetmaker, carpenter, builder and contractor. It was gradually remodeled by various sets of owners beginning in the late 90's and most recently has been lovingly restored to it's original glory with a bit of modern flare by our clients who hired us to bring these 136 year old Fir Floors back to life!
We love these projects so so so much - this is why we do what we do and we feel so incredibly lucky to help restore these fine Victoria properties and contribute to our city's vibrant charm.
